Now What?

Now that I have paid for this app what exactly do I have to do to see something but a tiny icon in the dock? Help is not! While this picture may be pretty I acannot see any information. The screenshots shown when you are decidiing to purchase show full screen information. I can find no way to enlarge the icon. Clicking on the dock icon just brings preferences.
No way to contact writers. How can I get this tyo work or get my $3 back?

I am so ashamed. The error was mine. Just adding a zip code does not work. You have to wait until it searches and offers you the city and state, then you accept and it works great. The authors got back to me in a couple of days and tried to help, but I was still doing things wrong.
Have changed rating from one star to four stars due to unhelpful help. I suggested revising help. Hope they take me up on it.
